Description
We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as our Pre-Qualification Officer. Work consists of offering guidance on the Institution's academic programs, communicating benefits and competitive advantages, and pre-qualifying the student with the requirements of the programs and the admission policy. Ana G. Mendez University serves a diverse student population, offering bilingual education to the community for traditional and non-traditional students.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Orient students through (phone, and e-mail) about academic programs, communicate benefits and competitive advantages, and pre-qualify the student with the requirements of the programs and the admission policy.
2. Enter information on pre-qualified students into the system Banner to refer to Admission Officers.
3. Develop and implement a plan with the Associate Director of Admissions to achieve the assigned call goals.
4. Follow up via writing or by telephone with interested parties who still need to complete the pre-qualification process.
5. Collaborate with the admissions conversion plan through follow-up calls for the delivery of documents.
6. Develop and maintain an updated prospect database.
7. Participate in marketing campaigns related to registration, payments, retention, and marketing.
8. Submit periodic reports on the work carried out and achievements obtained.
9. Register the transactions carried out through an electronic system.
10. Ensure confidentiality in processes, document processing, and information management.
