Description

AGMU is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to teach in the Cosmetology Diploma Program. The instructor will guide students in mastering hairstyling, haircutting, coloring, chemical treatments, skin care, makeup, and nail technology, ensuring they are well prepared for the Florida Board of Cosmetology Licensure Examination. REQUIREMENTS 1. High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum) and Associate or Technical Degree in the related field (Preferred). 2. Must hold a current Florida Cosmetology License. 3. At least 2 years of verifiable professional cosmetology experience. 4. Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and state regulations.

Requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1. Previous teaching, training, or salon management experience. 2. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Special Requirements

SPECIAL CONDITIONS 1. Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. 2. On-site teaching required at AGMU campuses in Tampa, Orlando, or Miami.
