Description
We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Service Host. Work consists of attending and channeling visits from students and the public to the appropriate office and staff, providing general office support, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate staff, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies, and a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Attend and channel visits from students and the public to the Integrated Student Service Center.
2. Answer and channel telephone calls.
3. Assist students and visitors in completing and processing different simple and routine forms and/or documents.
4. Receive, control, and distribute correspondence that arrives at the work area.
5. Evaluate the documents received in the office to check that they are in accordance with the established standards and procedures, returning to the unit of origin those that do not comply with the established standards.
6. Make requests for services to the Physical Plant Office, using the electronic system and ensure that the service is conducted as requested.
7. Reproduce the required material on the photocopier.
8. Collaborate with unit personnel in the execution of various administrative tasks.
9. Comply with the Mechanized Assistance Registration Policy and the Performance
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
1. Associate degree in office administration or area related to its functions.
2. One (1) year of experience in a role that includes the execution of various clerical and administrative tasks.
3. Ability to express himself/herself effectively, verbally and in writing, in Spanish and English.
4. Knowledge of the principles and techniques of office administration.
5. Demonstrate mastery of business productivity technology tools and remote communication technologies to support his/her functions and offer physical and remote services.
6. Establish effective personal relationships with the internal and external environment of the Institution.
7. Ability to use the telephone and email or other alternative means of communication.
8. Ability to detect and correct grammatical errors.
9. Ability to maintain discretion and reliability in performing its duties.
10. Dexterity and speed on the keyboard.
