We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as our Digital Solutions & Innovation Specialist. Work involves identifying, implementing, and optimizing digital tools to enhance institutional processes. Responsible for technical analysis with a functional understanding of platforms such as CRM, ERP (such as Anthology Student), electronic forms, and data visualization tools such as Power BI. This position supports digital transformation, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with various departments to integrate efficient solutions tailored to operational and strategic needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Collaborate with development teams to design scalable solutions for automating administrative processes.
2. Perform technical analysis to document use and development on the platform.
3. Contribute to proactive, continuous improvements to ensure that performance, scalability, capacity, security, supportability, and maintainability are maintained in the solutions developed.
4. Contribute to the definition, implementation, and management of the continuous integration/deployment process, development standards, and development methodology to ensure optimal performance and delivery quality.
5. Manage and optimize CRM systems to ensure their seamless integration with other institutional systems.
6. Design, implement, and maintain data visualization dashboards utilizing tools like Power BI to support informed decision-making.
7. Manage electronic forms for institutional data collection, analysis, and automation.
8. Provide functional and technical support in the use of ERP platforms such as Anthology Student, identifying opportunities for improvement in academic and administrative processes.
9. Collaborate on digital transformation projects, identifying innovative solutions that optimize operational efficiency.
10. Develop or modify scripts and basic programming functions to automate technological tasks and processes.
11. Train internal staff in the use of technological tools and new digital processes.
12. Document processes, manuals, and technical protocols, ensuring good practices for the use and maintenance of systems.
13. Monitor the performance of digital systems and propose continuous improvements based on institutional strategic objectives.
14. Provide technical guidance to other team members in the maintenance and development of solutions.
15. Ensure that the deliveries in the development of solutions and extensions meet the coding and architectural design standards of the applications at the agreed-upon quality levels.
16. Monitor the proper functioning of the solutions that have been developed.
17. Solve doubts, queries, and advice on problems in any aspect of the development.
18. Develop materials and provide training in the use and handling of tools for employees and technical personnel, ensuring optimal understanding and use of the solutions.
19. Provide technical assistance via telephone, email, or in-person to AGMU employees.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Education Technology
2. Three (3) years of experience executing similar tasks.
3. Ability to express himself/herself effectively, verbally and in writing, in Spanish and English.
4. Administration of technological platforms.
5. Basic or intermediate experience in ERP platforms, primarily academic systems such as Anthology Student.
6. Frontend knowledge of CSS and Javascript.
7. Top-notch programming skills and ability to produce quality, efficient, reliable, and safe code.
8. Knowledge of Git and Agile methodologies.
9. Database management at the query level and data extraction (preferably SQL).
10. Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI (designing reports, connecting to data sources, publishing dashboards).
11. Familiarity with electronic forms (Microsoft Forms, Google Forms, JotForm, Typeform, or others).
12. Basic programming fundamentals (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL, HTML/CSS) for task automation or minor functional adjustments.
13. Understanding of integration flows between platforms (REST APIs, database connections, etc.).
14. Mastery of digital productivity tools (Microsoft 365, etc.).
15. Ability to work, develop, and maintain positive, professional relationships with diverse groups of people.
16. Highly organized and able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
17. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with the public, staff, students, and faculty members.
18. Attention to detail and customer service oriented.
